  • 1 to 2 lb. chicken cutlets
  • 1/2 lb. tavern ham lunch meat
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese lunch meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • sliced mushrooms (if desired)
  • 1 box croutons

Directions

    Lay chicken in pan.

    Lay 1 to 2 slices of ham and cheese on each piece of chicken.

    In separate bowl, mix soup with water.

    If using mushrooms, lay on top of cheese.
  5. 5
    Pour soup over chicken. Sprinkle croutons on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over rice or side dish of rice.
