- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 slices bacon chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 10 1/2 ounces rotisserie chicken chopped
- 5 ounces roasted vegetables chopped
- 2 1/2 ounces frozen peas
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4 sheets frozen puff pastry thawed, edges rounded
- 1 tablespoon milk
- salad
- tomato sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.

2Heat oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Saute bacon and onion for 3-4 mins, until onion is tender. Transfer to a bowl and mix with chicken, vegetables and 1 egg. Season.

3Distribute filling between centers of puff pastry sheets then fold over into semicircles to enclose. Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Whisk together remaining egg and milk then brush over top. Arrange on prepared trays and bake for 25-30 mins, until puffed and golden brown.

4Serve with salad and tomato sauce.
