  • 2 chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.), split
  • 1/2 c. green pepper (strips)
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. pineapple chunks

Directions

    In large skillet, brown chicken in shortening (pour off fat). Add remaining ingredients.
