- 6 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 c. sherry
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. silvered almonds
- 3/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Marinate chicken in sherry for 2 to 3 hours.

2Pat dry.

3Combine crumbs, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley, garlic and 3/4 of almonds. Dip chicken in butter.

4Roll in bread crumb mixture.

5Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining almonds.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
