- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 c. sherry
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. chopped or slivered almonds
- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Marinate chicken in sherry for 2 to 3 hours.

2Pat dry with a paper towel.

3Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic and 1/4 cup of the almonds.

4Dip chicken in butter and roll in breadcrumbs mixture.

5Arrange in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining almonds.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
