Chicken In Shells

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing, mixed according to directions
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 c. cooked turkey, or shred about 3 chicken breasts

Directions

    Mix ingredients except soup and shells.

    Cook, drain and cool the shells.

    Stuff with mixture.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine 1 can of water with the 2 cans of soup.

    Pour over shells. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake covered 1 hour at 350°.

    May freeze cooked or uncooked.
