- 4 whole chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 bouillon cube (chicken)
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 can pimento, sliced
Directions

1Cook chicken and debone it.

2Cut into pieces.

3Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

4Add chicken and salt, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.

5Add the rest of ingredients.

6Cook until vegetables are almost soft.
