- 3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast
- 3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
- 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixtures California style frozen vegetables
- 1/2 lb. hot cooked pasta
- grated Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Directions

1In a large skillet combine chicken and 1/3 cup Italian dressing.

2Saute until chicken starts to brown.

3Add vegetables and remaining dressing.

4Cover.

5Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

6Serve over pasta or mix pasta with vegetables.

7Sprinkle with cheese. Yields 5 servings.
