  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups red pepper pieces (1 inch)
  • 2 cups zucchini chunks (1 inch)
  • 2 cups peach chunks (1 inch)
  • 12 wooden skewers
  • 1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice

    Preheat grill to medium heat.

    Thread chicken, vegetables and fruit alternately on skewers; place in shallow dish.

    Pour dressing over kabobs; refrigerate 10 minutes to marinate.

    Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.

    Grill kabobs 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
