Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs or crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 chicken breasts, split (4 pieces)
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 1/4 c. parsley

    Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. On wax paper, combine next 6 items. Dip chicken in butter and roll in crumb mixture. Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Add wine, onion and parsley to remaining butter.

    Pour over and around chicken.

    Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
