  • 1 boned chicken breast per person
  • fresh garlic, crushed and chopped
  • butter
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • egg, well beaten

Directions

    Make a pocket in the breast and insert some garlic and a pat of butter.

    Dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.

    Place in well-buttered baking dish and put additional butter on each breast.

    (Can be melted on pats of butter.) Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until tender and brown.

    Serve with rice and green vegetable.
