- 1 boned chicken breast per person
- fresh garlic, crushed and chopped
- butter
- Italian bread crumbs
- egg, well beaten
Directions

1Make a pocket in the breast and insert some garlic and a pat of butter.

2Dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.

3Place in well-buttered baking dish and put additional butter on each breast.

4(Can be melted on pats of butter.) Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until tender and brown.

5Serve with rice and green vegetable.
