- 4 chicken breasts, deboned
- 2 pkg. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water (for soup)
- 2 Tbsp. green onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- flour
Directions

1Mix egg, cheese and onion.

2Dip breasts in egg mixture, then flour.

3Fry in 1/4 cup margarine for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Cook 1 1/2 cups cooked rice.

4Place chicken over rice and cover with chicken soup (gravy).
