- 3 to 4 lb. chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. water
- honey
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

2Place in crock-pot.

3Combine the rest of the ingredients, except honey and pour over chicken.

4Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, until chicken is brown and tender.

5Remove chicken from pot and arrange on broiler pan.

6Brush with honey.

7Broil until golden brown, brushing with honey several times.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
