- 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 pkg. (5/8 oz. each) Pillsbury chicken gravy mix
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 c. tomato sauce
- 3 c. cooked cubed chicken or turkey
- 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package and drain.

3Prepare gravy mix as directed on package. Stir in parsley.

4In 13 x 9-inch pan spread 1 cup tomato sauce. Cover with a layer of lasagna noodles, using half the noodles. Top with half the chicken and half the Mozzarella cheese.

5Pour half of the gravy over the top and spread.

6Add another layer of noodles, 1 cup of tomato sauce, remaining chicken and gravy, ending with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

8For ease in serving, let stand 10 minutes.

9Cut into serving portions.
