Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts
- 2 cubes chicken broth
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. broccoli frozen (uncooked)
- 8 oz. can mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 lasagna noodles
Directions

1Boil chicken in water seasoned with broth cubes.

2Cool chicken, then skin and debone (save broth).

3Heat mushroom soup with enough broth to make sauce thin enough to pour.

4Add onions and vegetables and bring to boil.

5Remove from heat and add sour cream.

6Cook noodles according to package directions.

7Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses in casserole dish.

8Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

9Makes 10 servings.
