Chicken Lasagna

  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. frozen cut broccoli
  • 1/3 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • 1 c. cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. boiling water

Directions

    Stir together cottage cheese and cream cheese.

    Set aside. Combine soup, broccoli, celery, milk, onion, seasonings and chicken.

    Set aside.

    Place 2 raw lasagna noodles in greased loaf pan.

    Layer with 1/2 cheese mix and 1/3 soup mix.

    Repeat twice. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar.

    Slowly pour boiling water around edges.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until done.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
