- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. frozen cut broccoli
- 1/3 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- garlic salt to taste
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 1 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Stir together cottage cheese and cream cheese.

2Set aside. Combine soup, broccoli, celery, milk, onion, seasonings and chicken.

3Set aside.

4Place 2 raw lasagna noodles in greased loaf pan.

5Layer with 1/2 cheese mix and 1/3 soup mix.

6Repeat twice. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar.

7Slowly pour boiling water around edges.

8Cover tightly with foil.

9Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until done.

10Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
