- 1 small onion
- 2 tsp Garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 15 oz Can of tomato sauce
- 15 oz Can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 lb Elbow macaroni
Directions

1own ground beef over medium-high heat.

3Add onions and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients (except macaroni).

5Stir well and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

6Add elbow macaroni and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

7Turn off heat, remove bay leaf and allow to mixture to sit for 10-20
