- 8 oz. wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 can (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 c. grated process cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter; add soup, milk, mushrooms, pimiento and basil.

2Place half the noodles in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Cover with half each of mushroom sauce, cottage cheese, chicken and cheese.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
