- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 6 lasagne noodles
- 2 c. or more shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Directions

1Sauce:

2Saute onion and green pepper.

3Add drained mushrooms, chicken soup, pimento and basil.

4Mix together.

5Layer noodles, chicken, cheese, cottage cheese and sauce; repeat.

6Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered, in 11 1/2 x 7-inch baking dish.
