- 14 cup butter
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 12 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Melt butter in Dutch oven and brown chicken.

2Remove meat and brown onion and garlic.

3Add seasonings, tomatoes, broth and mushrooms.

4Put the chicken back in and simmer, covered for 40 minutes.

5Remove meat and keep warm.

6Blend cornstarch to smooth paste with the cream.

7Stir into sauce.

8Simmer 5 munutes stirring constantly.

9Pour sauce over chicken and serve with hot noodles.
