- 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
- 3 lb. chicken
Directions

1Make a paste of above ingredients; spread evenly over chicken. Stack in bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight.

2One hour before serving, heat oil in heavy saucepan 3 inches deep.

3Deep fat fryer is set at 400°.

4Dip chicken in milk or club soda.

5Drain off excess.

6Dust lightly with pancake flour.

7Dry a few minutes.

8Fry few pieces at a time.

9Place on cookie sheet.

10Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350°.
