  • 1 lb. chicken livers
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 large Spanish onions
  • 1 c. cream sherry
  • 1/2 c. water
