- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (??? oz.) pkg. chicken livers, cut in half
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine.

2Add chicken livers, undrained mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika.

3Cover; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

4Stir frequently.

5Mix flour with sour cream. Stir into liver mixture.

6Heat, but do not boil.

7Serve over hot, cooked rice.
