Chicken Livers(Stuffed)

  • 1/2 lb. chicken livers
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 16 to 18 slices bacon, cut in thirds

    Wash and dry chicken livers; cut livers in half.

    Marinate about 1 hour in soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic and curry powder mixed real good.

    Then wrap sliced water chestnut with chicken liver and then bacon.

    Secure with toothpick.

    Bake at 350° for about 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

    Ready to serve.
