- 1/2 lb. chicken livers
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 16 to 18 slices bacon, cut in thirds
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken livers; cut livers in half.

2Marinate about 1 hour in soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic and curry powder mixed real good.

3Then wrap sliced water chestnut with chicken liver and then bacon.

4Secure with toothpick.

5Bake at 350° for about 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

6Ready to serve.
