- 4 lb. chicken
- 4 eggs, uncooked
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 can pimentos
- 1 c. cooked rice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 c. broth
Directions

1Cook chicken in plenty of liquid.

2Remove from bones and mix all ingredients.

3Mix eggs with rice to prevent sticking together. Chicken should be torn in pieces. Bake in shallow pan in a 300° oven for 1 hour.

4Serve in squares with gravy made from remaining broth.
