  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 c. diced chicken, cooked (do not pack down)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 small minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In bowl, mix together ingredients; mix well.

    Turn into a 5 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch buttered pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until done in center.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Cut in wedges and serve.
