- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 c. diced chicken, cooked (do not pack down)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 small minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In bowl, mix together ingredients; mix well.

2Turn into a 5 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch buttered pan.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until done in center.

4Let stand 10 minutes.

5Cut in wedges and serve.
