Ingredients
- 1 large fryer
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. noodles
- 1 small can pimento, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook chicken in boiling, salted water until tender.

2Drain and reserve broth.

3Cool chicken, remove from bones and chop into bite size pieces.

4Drain mushrooms and reserve liquid.

5Mix mushroom liquid and chicken broth in a saucepan.

6Add celery, onions and bell pepper and cook until tender.

7Add chicken and mushrooms.

8Cook noodles according to package directions and add to chicken mixture.

9Mix in remaining ingredients and place in a large casserole.

10Bake at 350° until bubbly.
