- 1 to 2 lb. chicken wings
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of seasoned salt
- dash of black pepper
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- oil for frying
Directions

1Wash and clean chicken wings thoroughly.

2Cut and scrape meat downwards and marinate with seasoned salt, garlic powder and black pepper for 1 to 2 hours.

3In a medium bowl, beat 2 eggs until blended.

4Dredge chicken wings in flour one by one (mix the meat in the flour like forming a small ball).

5Dip in beaten eggs, then dredge with bread crumbs.

6Deep fry in a medium-high heat until golden brown.

7Drain on paper towel.

8Serve hot or with hot or sweet/sour sauce.
