  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 c. pitted prunes
  • 1/2 c. capers with a little juice
  • 1/8 c. dried oregano
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Spanish olives, drained
  • 6 bay leaves (optional)
