- country chicken, cut up
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
- rice
Directions

1Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.

2Brown in oil in skillet, add garlic.

3Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add to skillet along with mushrooms and sauce.

4Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.

5Serve with rice.
