  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 dry Marsala wine
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese

    Pat chicken

    dry and dredge in flour, seasoned with salt

    Sprinkle oregano over chicken breasts. Heat oil and

    butter in heavy skillet and brown chicken.
