  • 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  • 13 cup butter or margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 large mushrooms sliced
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon, powdered or one cube
  • 13 cup water hot
  • 13 cup marsala wine
