- 8 -10 slices vegetarian pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 14 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 12 cup low-fat milk
- 2 (4 ounce) cartonsmorning star farms egg substitute
- salt or garlic salt or pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Defrost egg substitute.

3Layer in bottom of shell veggie pepperoni, cheese, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms.

4Mix together egg substitute milk, and seasonings.

5Pour into shell.

6Sprinkle with more cheese and seasoning if desired.

7Bake 45-55 minutes.
