- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms
- 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 13 cup marsala wine
- 23 cup chicken broth
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Cut the onion into wedges.

2Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.

3Lightly salt and pepper the chicken and add it to the skillet, cook 5 minutes on each side.

4Mix the chicken broth and cornstarch together, and add to the skillet.

5Reduce heat to low and simmer until the chicken is done.
