- 2 lbs thin chicken cutlets
- butter or oil (for sauteeing)
- 10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 12 cup butter
- 1 can chicken broth
- 12 cup marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 12 cup water
Directions

1Saute cutlets in butter or oil until browned and cooked through.

2Remove from pan.

3Add butter to pan and add mushrooms.

4Saute until slightly browned.

5Add chicken broth and wine.

6In a separate cup, mix water and cornstarch; add to pan.

7Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.

8Pour over chicken.

9Serve with rice or noodles.
