Chicken Marsala

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or use fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1/2 c. sweet Marsala wine

Directions

    Add salt, pepper and flour to cutlets.

    Brown in butter and remove from pan.

    Add mushrooms, broth and wine.

    Heat to boiling and boil 1 or 2 minutes.

    Return chicken to skillet.

    Heat to boiling.

    Cover and reduce heat.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Thicken sauce with flour to desired consistency.

    Serve over rice or pasta.
