- 1/2 to 1 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or use fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
- 1/2 c. sweet Marsala wine
Directions

1Add salt, pepper and flour to cutlets.

2Brown in butter and remove from pan.

3Add mushrooms, broth and wine.

4Heat to boiling and boil 1 or 2 minutes.

5Return chicken to skillet.

6Heat to boiling.

7Cover and reduce heat.

8Simmer 30 minutes.

9Thicken sauce with flour to desired consistency.

10Serve over rice or pasta.
