Kale with Quinoa and Corn

- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup whole kernal corn
- 2 cup steamed kale - stems removed
Directions

1Combine your water, quinoa, and corn and bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat to simmer until quinoa is done, about 15 or 20 minutes.

3May have to add a touch more water.

4Take your kale and steam for 5 minutes.

5I use my rice cooker with the steamer basket.

6Combine everything and add salt and pepper to taste.
