Chicken Marsala

- 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- garlic powder
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
- 1 small can mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Dip and coat chicken breasts in flour.

2Put oil in frying pan and saute chicken lightly on both sides.

3Sprinkle each side with garlic powder.

4In a casserole pan, pour Marsala wine and bouillon mixture.

5Place sauteed chicken and remaining flour in wine and bouillon combination.

6Add mushrooms to top of chicken.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.

8Serve with seasoned rice.
