- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- chicken cutlets, bite sized
- flour
- chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- margarine
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Roll bite sized chicken in flour and seasonings.

2Brown in margarine.

3Pour over chicken, water, bouillon cubes and Marsala wine.

4Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.

5Add flour to thicken (to form a paste).

6Serve over bed of egg noodles with margarine.
