  • flour
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine
  • paprika to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
