- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- olive oil
Directions

1Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper.

2Brown in olive oil (prefer electric skillet).

3Remove from skillet.

4Add Marsala, onions and mushrooms.

5Cook down.

6Add chicken and simmer, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
