- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. sweet Marsala or white wine
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Pound meat until 1/4 inch thick.

3Melt 2 tablespoons butter with oil in large skillet.
