- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3/4 to 1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Pound chicken and cut into thin strips.

2Lightly coat with flour.

3Heat in oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

4Remove from pan and set aside.
