Best Green Enchiladas

  • 1 kg Ground Beef
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 15 Corn tortillas
  • 2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 lb Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lawry's meat seasoning

Directions

    Boil jalapenos with a cup of water.

    Once they're done blend them.

    Put meat in a pan & cook with the seasoning.

    When the meat is done put the tortillas in a plastic bag in the microwave until soft flip the bag over so both sides will be even.

    Mix the jalapeno mixture with the cream of mushroom soup and let it bubble then turn it off.

    One by one start putting the meat and cheese in the enchiladas.

    Once finished pour the sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle cheese over the top and put in the oven for 350F until cheese is melted.

    Serve with Mexican Rice and beans.
