- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions

1Cut breasts into fillets.

2Dip fillets into flour and fry in 1 to 2 tablespoons oil.

3Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and spices together.

4Warm and serve over the top of the chicken fillets. Garnish with lemon slices.
