  • 1 1/8 pounds chicken fillet
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions fresh
  • 25 teaspoons masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking cream light
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • coriander for garnish

    Cut chicken fillet into pieces (~3cm).

    Cut tomatoes and onions into cubes.

    Season chicken with 1 tsp masala powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp water within 5 mins.

    Heat the pan, pour in the melted butter.

    Stir-fried tomatoes and onions in butter. Season with 1 tsp turmeric powder.

    Add the seasoned chicken into the pan and stir well until the chicken is cooked.

    Season with 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp masala powder.

    Reduce the heat and slow cook in 15 more mins.

    Add cream. Stir well.

    All done. Off the gas. Use coriander for garnish.
