- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 pound grnd chicken
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. minced scallion
Directions

1Heat broiler.

2Combine wine, 4 Tbsp.

3soy sauce, the broth and sugar in a small saucepan.

4Bring to a boil and cook till reduced to 1/2 c..
