Chicken Milano

Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice or pasta
  • 1 can Fri chik, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 fresh basil leaves, minced or 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 10 fresh mushrooms or a 4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 2 zucchini squash
  • 1 yellow squash

Directions

    Saute butter, onion, garlic and mushrooms in saucepan.

    Slice or dice the squash.

    Add chicken to saucepan and stir in undiluted tomato soup.

    Add remaining ingredients except rice or pasta. Simmer 20 minutes.

    Serve over rice or pasta.
