- 1 c. long grain rice or pasta
- 1 can Fri chik, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 fresh basil leaves, minced or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 10 fresh mushrooms or a 4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 zucchini squash
- 1 yellow squash
Directions

1Saute butter, onion, garlic and mushrooms in saucepan.

2Slice or dice the squash.

3Add chicken to saucepan and stir in undiluted tomato soup.

4Add remaining ingredients except rice or pasta. Simmer 20 minutes.

5Serve over rice or pasta.
