- 1 (about 3 lb.) chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 lb. sirloin beef, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
- 6 sweet Italian sausages
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Place chicken in a glass bowl; coat with marinade.

2Let stand for 3 hours.

3Place beef in a separate container.

4Let stand for one hour.

5Preheat grill; brush grid with oil.

6Place dark meat over direct heat; cover and cook with vents open for 15 minutes. Add white meat; cover and cook 5 minutes.

7Place sausages on grill; continue to cook for 10 minutes.

8Place beef on skewers and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
