Chicken Monte Carlo

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, cooked according to directions
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked, remove from bone and skin
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Layer broccoli and chicken in 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.

    Mix together other ingredients (soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese).

    Pour over chicken and broccoli.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Top with Pepperidge Farm mix and melted margarine.

    Return to oven and brown.
